Amita Tracy, the administrative judge, identified 12 company activities that violated US labor laws. This includes allowing security officers to harass workers handing out union fliers in the parking lot, prohibiting employees from wearing pro-union shirts and buttons, repeatedly questioning union organizers, and ultimately firing one of them. .
