On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, police say that as the period in which the child was potentially exposed to winter approached the first day, they had to take seriously the possibility of at least that happening. The suspicious duo were discovered by Sussex Police Officers at Stanmer Villas in Brighton on Monday night after a member of the public reported seeing them shortly before 09:30pm.
