Anushka Sharma was born on July 21, 1999 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Her father Rajiv Sharma used to work in ITC Company, while her mother Kusum Sharma is a housewife. Apart from her, she also has an elder brother Sarthak in her family, who is currently working in an IT company in Bengaluru.
Anushka completed her early education in Saharanpur. She did her studies at Sophia Girls College. She was very good at studies but she wanted to pursue a career in acting. Anushka worked hard to get admission in Delhi University and scored 94 per cent in 12th standard. Later, she joined Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, whose theater work is quite famous.
