The Pixel Fold is the first of its kind from the popular tech giant and offers a completely new gaming and multitasking experience along with other features that make it stand out from other smartphones.

The Pixel Fold resembles the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 in that they share the same display vendor; however, this phone is different in several aspects, especially its proportions.

Both the external and internal screens are square, which can be beneficial for certain tasks but not so much for others.

When unfolded, the Pixel Fold sports a massive 7.6-inch screen that provides an experience closer to that of a tablet. However, its design has generated controversy due to the thick edges surrounding the internal screen, which could make this foldable phone less attractive than other competing devices.

But these borders are deliberate, as they allow for a more interesting relationship that may be more beneficial in actual use.

In addition, the Pixel Fold does not have a selfie camera that perforates the internal screen but is housed in the upper edge due to its greater thickness. This function allows you to obtain a complete image without distractions, something that will be very useful when viewing content in full screen, such as videos or video games.

On the other hand, the increased thickness of the edges also allows the device to be symmetrical once opened, which is a positive aspect. At the moment Google has not given more details about the Pixel Fold, but it is expected to have the same Tensor G2 processor as the Pixel 7, and its price will be around 1,799 euros, similar to that of the Galaxy Z Fold 4.

In short, the Google Pixel Fold is a foldable mobile device that promises to be a serious contender in the smartphone market. With its boxy design and unique features, the Pixel Fold has generated a lot of buzz among tech enthusiasts.
