According to the now-viral WhatsApp message, Dhawan’s brother, an Indian supporter from Mumbai, posted a photo of a beer can with the caption: “Mumbai for victory… less good.” Dhawan’s father asks after two minutes, “Kyaa?” (what?), then a minute after that, the mother says, “Tum beer peete ho?” (You drink beer?).”

When Dhawan asks his brother why he isn’t deleting the group’s beer photo, he says he deleted it for himself and not everyone.
