Career
Hemant started his career with the drama film Kya Tum Ho as Amrit in 2006. He appeared in the romantic drama film Notebook as a director in 2019. He played the role of Watchman in the romantic drama film Unpaused in 2020.
In 2020, he debuted with the biographical crime drama series Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story as Ashwin Mehta, brother of Harshad Mehta. The show follows the life of Harshad Mehta, a stockbroker who made the stock market rise.
He made his debut as a writer with the reality television show Shabaash India on Zee TV in 2006. His other shows include Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2009, Just Dance 2011, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 2012, Dil Deke Dekho from 2016-17, and Horse stable jo jeeta wohi Sikander 2021.
