Initially, Hitesh worked as an RJ at BIG FM 92.7. He made his debut with the television series Agar Tum Saath Ho in 2016. He has been a part of shows like Suvreen Guggal Topper of the Year, Million Dollar Girl, etc. In 2018, Hitesh made his film debut with Jaane Kyun De Yaaron and was also seen in Confessions. He starred in Colors TV’s show Choti Sarrdaarni alongside Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia in 2019. Later he played an important role of ACP Ahir in Star Plus’ show Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani.
