Israel rave attack survivor says she hid under dead bodies for 7 hours

In the messages, Sasi tells her friend that there were originally 30 to 35 people alive in the bomb shelter, but when she was saved seven hours later, only 10 people came out alive.

Her friend asks her if that was the number of people who were still alive after being saved and she answers: “Yes, after 7 hours hiding under corpses in the air raid shelters.”

“I’m not kidding,” he added, sending a photo of what appears to be several bodies stacked on top of each other.

Sasi then told her friend that a thousand bullets were fired at the bomb shelter while the group took cover.

“The Arabs attacked the party and began shooting and throwing grenades at the bomb shelter which had no doors,” he wrote. “15 grenades and 1,000 bullets are fired.”

“For 7 hours straight,” he added.

According to the messages, Sasi contacted her relatives in Israel, who sent former IDF soldiers to save her and the others.

“We were very lucky. “Everything was a miracle,” she noted in the message.

An estimated 800 Israelis have been killed, more than 2,000 wounded and more than 150 captured by Hamas, including foreigners.
