It appears that Microsoft has started sending out invitations to test ChatGPT-powered Bing for a select group of people around the world. This gives users a chance to see the new and better search engine from Microsoft, which is powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Microsoft has just announced that it has received over a million requests to test the new ChatGPT-based Bing search engine. Note that you can still try the new Bing even if you haven’t received an invite from Microsoft. This is something you should keep in mind. However, when using preview mode, users will not be able to search for a query; rather, they will be able to choose one from a list of predefined queries that Microsoft has provided to use in preview mode.

How to access Bing with ChatGPT without an invite?

If you don’t want to wait for Microsoft to send you an invitation to try the new Bing, you can set your PC’s Microsoft defaults to give you the same access. This includes making Edge your default web browser and adding the Microsoft Bing Search extension to Google Chrome if you’re already using Chrome.
