Career
Rubel began his acting career with the Bengali film Beparoyaa, produced by Pijush Saha. He starred in the film alongside Rano Joy and Papri Ghosh. He later made his television debut in Bhanumotir Khel alongside Sreyasri Roy. The show gave him instant prominence among the Bengali audience.
In 2020, Rubel appeared as Siddhartha in the television show Bagh Bondi Khela produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. From 2020 to 2022, she played the lead role of Sangeet Roy in the television show Jamuna Dhaki alongside Sangeet Roy. The show is based on Jamuna, who goes to the Roy mansion to play the dhak on behalf of his father. Rubel played Srijan Dutta in the Zee Bangla television series Neem Poodler Modhu.
