Secret Service Agent Whose Name Appeared on Hunter Biden’s Laptop Bribed by Real Housewife: Lawsuit

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne conspired with a Secret Service agent who allegedly once had ties to Hunter Biden to file bogus credit card fraud charges against her former costume designer, according to a explosive demand of 18 million dollars.

Christopher Psaila accused Jayne, 52, of submitting fraudulent refund requests to American Express and, through her husband, Tom Girardi, of bribing Secret Service agent Robert Savage III to “weaponize the agency.” and wrongfully prosecuting the designer on legitimate charges that he billed him in 2015 and 2016, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in the US District Court for Central California.

Text messages labeled as from Robert Savage III were reportedly found on the first son’s abandoned laptop.

Savage’s lawyer has insisted to The Post that “my client has never met or communicated with Hunter Biden.”

Psaila said she billed Jayne more than $900,0000 for clothing and other services while she pursued a singing career between 2014 and 2016.

Cash-strapped Girardis allegedly conspired with Savage and other agents to file the trumped-up criminal charges so he could get his money back, the lawsuit alleges.

Disbarred attorney Girardi, 83, who is reportedly battling Alzheimer’s disease and faces federal criminal charges in Chicago and Los Angeles for allegedly stealing client funds, was a personal friend of Savage and promised him $100,000 “at the time he that the Secret Service began the investigation.” according to court documents.

Jayne and Psaila’s relationship collapsed in December 2016 when she accused him of overcharging her.

Around the same time, Tom Girardi, who is not named as a defendant, bribed Savage by representing him in a civil suit against Volkswagen over the minivan’s defective brakes and paying him $7,500 to cover his damages, according to court documents.

Secret Service agents hooked Jayne up to a “secret recorder” for a meeting with Psaila that same month in which they reviewed her payment history, according to court documents. Psaila did not admit to any wrongdoing on the recording.

“Erika [Jayne] used the Secret Service and AMEX to implement an illicit private collection scheme to extort plaintiff Chris Psaila,” the lawsuit reads.

Psaila was indicted on federal charges of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft in 2017, but the case was dismissed in 2021.

A spokesman for the US attorney’s office in Los Angeles told the Los Angeles Times in February that the case was dropped due to “police evidence preservation issues.”

Although nothing came of the charges, Psaila said in court documents that the investigation destroyed his business, prevented him and his husband from adopting a child and interfered with his ability to care for his father, who was dying of pancreatic cancer.

“Independent federal prosecutors from the United States Attorney’s Office made the decision to charge the plaintiff with crimes, no one else,” Evan Borges, Jayne’s attorney, told NBC News.

“The idea that Erika controlled the United States government, or for that matter, a Fortune 100 company like American Express, is a fantasy.”
