Sukirti started her career through the SAB television show Jersey No. 10 alongside Shravan Reddy in 2007. She played the female lead role in the show. She was later seen in many popular television shows like Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai… Ajab Sa Risk Hai (2013), Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls (2015), Kaala Teeka (2017), etc.
Kandpal represented India at the Miss India Worldwide pageant, which was held in Dubai in 2011 and won the title of Miss Bollywood Diva.
