The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) of the United States organized a stunning Tesla light show in Maryland ahead of the consecration ceremony in Ayodhya on January 22.
What happened at the Tesla light show in Maryland?
More than 150 cars were lined up to form the word ‘Ram’, as their headlights flashed on and off to the catchy strains of ‘Jai Shri Ram’.
Hindu attendees loudly chanted “Jai Shree Ram” and “Ram Lakshman Janki, Jai Shri Hanuman Ki” while proudly hoisting flags with images of Lord Ram. The moment, captured on camera by news agency ANI, demonstrated the passionate participation of the community in the celebrations.

“The opening of the Lord Ram temple is a matter of pride for Hindu identity,” Mahendra Sapa, president of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) America DC chapter, told ANI.
“Hindu Americans are increasingly proud of their cultural history and embrace it with confidence. We give thanks to those who made sacrifices, like the Kothari brothers and thousands of others, whose efforts have now borne fruit.”
