The woman and her sister, who are from Malpura, married two brothers eight months ago. Everything went well until the woman discovered that her mother-in-law was putting on makeup without asking.
She mentioned that whenever she had events to attend she didn’t wear makeup because her mother-in-law had already worn it.
The woman informed Agra police’s ‘Parivar Paramarsh Kendra’ (Family Counseling Centre) that her mother-in-law frequently dressed up and put on make-up at her house.

Later, he sought help at the Malpura police station. The woman recounted a verbal altercation with her mother-in-law, sparked by her objection to wearing makeup at home.
According to the woman’s story, her mother-in-law reported the incident to her son and later her husband began to abuse her. The conflict escalated to the point that the woman and her sister were expelled from the residence.
The sisters have been residing in their maternal home for two months.
Recently, on Sunday, the woman and her mother-in-law were summoned to Parivar Paramarsh Kendra, where they received counselling, said Amit Gaur, a counsellor.
According to Amit Gaur, the woman expressed her firm determination to get divorced, emphasizing that the problem went beyond the unauthorized use of her cosmetics.
