In a recent trend, women share their surprise at realizing that their male partners and friends frequently think about the Roman Empire, a historical era that lasted from 27 BC to 27 BC. C. until 476 AD. C., much more than anyone could expect.
Reverend Kelsey Lewis Vincent stumbled upon this hidden fascination that many men seem to have with this historical period after watching an Instagram video online. In a Twitter post, Vincent explained: “I saw an IG Reel that said something like ‘Women have no idea how often the men in their lives think about the Roman Empire.'”
And this led her to a strange discovery: “So I asked my husband, ‘How often do you think about the Roman Empire?’ And without missing a beat he said ‘Every day’. EVERYONE! Why!?”

The tweet quickly became popular, receiving more than 7.9 million views and 26,000 likes as of Friday. This has led to numerous women sharing the responses they received when they asked this question to men they knew.
