इसके लिए सबसे पहले स्कूल यूजर को अपने जिले के MIS ऑफिसर से जरुरी दस्तावेजों के साथ विशेष रूप से स्कूल के मान्यता प्राप्त पत्र साथ संपर्क करना होगा। इसके लिए मान्यता प्राप्त या गैर मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल भी संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
राज्य के MIS अधिकारी यूजर एप्लीकेशन को वेरिफाई करेगा और इस एप्लीकेशन के स्पष्टिकरण के लिए जिला स्तर पर अनुरोध किया जायेगा। किसी स्कूल के लिए UDISE code को जनरेट करने के लिए स्टेट लेवल यूजर एक अथॉरिटी है।
जैसे ही आपके आवेदन का राज्य MIS लेवल पर सत्यापन पूरा हो जाता है आपकी यह एप्लीकेशन UDISE code को जनरेट करने के लिए शिक्षा मंत्रालय के पास भेज दी जाती है।
