UPSC Toppers’ List 2022: Ishita Kishore topped the civil service exam 2022, while Garima Lohia and Uma Harathi N placed second and third respectively.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday announced the results of the civil service exams conducted in 2022. The exams to select officers from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) were conducted annually. in three stages –preliminary, main and interview– by UPSC. As many as 933 candidates qualified for the civil service exam in 2022.
According to results data released by UPSC, Ishita Kishore topped the 2022 civil service exam, while Garima Lohia and Uma Harathi N placed second and third respectively in the coveted exam. The fourth rank was obtained by Smriti Mishra while Mayur Hazarika from Assam obtained the fifth rank in the civil service exam.
