Whitney, who was born in McAllen, Texas, had a profound influence on the people around him. On November 1, 2023 he passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness and cherished memories. Whitney’s parents, Charles Robert Reese and Betty Jean Hartford, predeceased him. Whitney’s nine beloved grandchildren, Rebekah Rodriguez (Isaac), Lillie Reese, Elijah Dorrow, Aaliyah Ramzi, Katie Dreibrodt, Julie Dreibrodt, Amira Ramzi, Samuel Dorrow and Layla Ramzi, continue to cherish his loving memory. He is survived by his siblings, Donnie Reese and Sandy Reese.
A visitation to honor Whitney’s life will be held at Tres Hewell Funeral Home on Monday, November 6, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 10:00 am , there will be a funeral service at St. Geronimo Cemetery.
