Who was Alex Smallwoods?
Authorities stated that two vehicles were involved in the accident which occurred in Co Londonderry on Sunday 28th May 2023. A PSNI spokesman said: “Emergency services attended and provided medical treatment,” meaning the young driver was found injured by officers who called emergency services.
