A 3-year-old boy who managed to outwit his parents and security was caught on a surveillance camera while taking a ride on a conveyor belt at an airport in Chile.
Footage captured the moment the little daredevil glided past a check-in counter at Santiago International Airport in Chile on Nov. 16 and boarded for a ride that lasted a few minutes before being caught, according to NewsFlare.

As the video plays, bags are seen following the boy, while another camera angle shows the conveyor belt rigorously shifting the 3-year-old boy to another lane.
That’s when airport workers showed up and noticed the boy in the belt while an airport employee jumped on the machine to press a button that would shorten the trip.
The airport stated that they had no idea how the little boy escaped from strict security measures and promised that they would “reinforce security measures and protocols with airline operators” to prevent something like this from happening again.

“We are collecting all the information to determine how this situation occurred and reinforce security measures and protocols with air operators to prevent it from happening again, beyond the responsibility that parents and caregivers should have with the children in their care.” said an airport spokesperson. in statements to the Chilean newspaper La Tercera.
Social media users on TikTok were hysterical over the boy’s stunt that lasted just a few minutes on the conveyor belt.
“Be honest, this little guy thought he found a magic tunnel lol 😂 what a treasure awaits you 😆,” one user joked.
“He just wanted to go home!” one respondent said jokingly.
“fifteen [years old] and I still want to try this 😂😂,” read another funny response.
The little boy’s mischievous act follows a similar incident that occurred in 2019 when another little boy was at an Atlanta airport.
A 2-year-old boy was injured and taken to a hospital with a severely swollen and bruised hand when he escaped from his mother to approach a conveyor belt at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Footage from the airport showed the boy sneaking through a ticket counter and onto the conveyor belt when a bag pushed him into the machine, NBC News reported.
