CBSE Class 12 2023 Results: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the Class 12 2023 results on Friday. Students waiting for the Class 12 results can check their grades at cbseresults.nic.in . The results were declared a day after the CBSE dismissed a false circular claiming that the CBSE board results will be announced on May 11 (Thursday). The CBSE dismissed the circular, saying they never publish dates in advance.
According to data shared by the CBSE, this year a total of 87.33 percent of students passed the class 12 exams. The pass rate saw an increase of almost 4 percent from the overall pass rate of 83 .40 percent in 2019 during pre-Covid times. Meanwhile, the CBSE has said it will not award the first, second and third division to students to avoid unhealthy competition.

A total of 1,12,838 students scored above 90 percent in class 12 exams this year, representing 6.80 percent of the total students who sat. 22,622 students have obtained a score higher than 95%, which represents 1.36% of all students. Meanwhile, 1,25,705 students have been placed in compartments representing 7.57 percent of the total number of students.
The CBSE Class 10 2023 board exams were held between February 15 and March 21, while the Class 12 board exams were held from February 15 to April 5, 2023. It also fits It should be noted that CBSE conducted practical exams for classes 10 and 12 between 2 and 14 January this year.

“About 17 lakh candidates appeared in the class 12 board exams. The pass rate is a bit less than last year. The girls again performed very well, more than 90% pass rate was recorded in girls. If any student scores less than 33% in one subject out of 5, they have to pass the compartment exam which will be held in July,” said Sanyam Bhardwaj, Comptroller of Examinations, CBSE.
