Who shared the ‘normal’ way to shower?
Alexandra Lee, 29, realized that not everyone showers in the same direction after chatting with her mother, and took to TikTok to ask people what the “typical” way to shower was.
What does she have to say?
Lee, from the United States, explains in the video posted on her Instagram account @alittlebitlovey: “Mom just informed me that there are two ways people shower and we realized that we both do opposite things.”
“When I shower, the shower head is behind me, so the water runs down my back and over my hair; of course, I turn around and move.” “However, he mainly showers with his back to the shower head, so the water hits his face and runs down his body.”
Why was there a debate?
“She’s surprised that I do the opposite, and I’m surprised that she does the opposite. I think the standard way to shower is with the shower head behind you and facing that direction. Does anyone else think “Is this surprising?” Lee then goes on to say that she just discovered the revelation because her bathroom is being rebuilt and she contacted her mother for help with the remodel.
She said, after sharing the video: “Now I need to know what the normal way to shower is.” The video has since received more than five million views and sparked heated controversy.
How did the debate come to an end?
Another TikTok user agreed with Lee: “Back in the water, spin as needed.” There’s no other way to say it.” Someone else responded: “No, because voluntarily submitting to waterboarding doesn’t sound fun at all.” “I can’t believe there are people who willingly brave waterboarding,” wrote another. I just turn away .face the ocean when absolutely necessary.”
