Adhik started his acting career in the television show Bepannah Pyaar, in which he played the role of Nakul Devraj Malhotra alongside actors like Pearl V Puri, Aparna Dixit and Ishita Dutta. The show is based on the romantic mystery between Bani and Raghbir. This show was sidelined after completing 190 episodes on February 28, 2020. Later, he played Karanjeet Singh Gill in the famous serial Choti Sarrdarni. In 2022, he appeared as Adhik Kapadia in Star Plus’ TV show Anupamaa.
