Aishwarya was born on January 10, 1990 in a Telugu family in Chennai. She is the daughter of famous actor Rajesh and granddaughter of Amarnath and niece of Srilakshmi, who are also famous actors by profession. Her father died when she was 8 years old. Her mother Nagamani is a dancer. She did her schooling at Shrine Vailankanni, Chennai, Shree Vidyaniketan International School, Tirupati and Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Chennai.

Career
Aishwarya got her first breakthrough in the film industry after winning the reality show Maanada Mayilada. He rose to fame after the film Avargalum Ivargalum (2011). He later played the role of Amudha in Attakathi. His first film in Malayalam was Jomonte Suvisheshangal (2017), starring Dulquer Salmaan.
In 2018, she made her first Tamil film, Vada Chennai, as Padma, opposite Dhanush and Murugesan. Aishwarya played the female lead role of Kousalya Murugesan in a Tamil sports drama film starring Sathyaraj and Darshan. The same year, she made her debut in Hindi cinema with Daddy in 2017, starring Arjun Rampal. In two decades of career, Aishwarya has worked in more than 50 films in various Indian languages.
