Akshar got his first breakthrough during his training at Waman Kendre School of Drama, when the producers of Balaji Telefilms noticed him and offered him a role. In 2011, he began his career with a role in Star Pravah’s show Band Reshmache. He later appeared in a show of Colors Marathi serial Chahul. In 2021, he will be working alongside Pooja Birari in Star Pravah’s show Swabhiman: Shodh Astitvacha.
