Utah resident Caleb Woods placed an order for fries and a shake from Chick-fil-A through the food delivery app GrubHub.

”They reimbursed me about $18, the actual cost of the food. They did not reimburse me for the shipping cost or the tip I gave them.” he said.

“This is unacceptable and we absolutely do not tolerate this or any misconduct at Grubhub. We took immediate action with the driver and terminated his contract with us.
