Career
Cravalho became an overnight star by voicing the title character in Disney’s 2016 3D computer-animated musical feature film, Moana. Casting director Rachel Sutton saw her auditioning for her role in Los Angeles. The film earned him various awards in different categories. Some notable awards are the Alliance of Women Film Journalists, the Annie Awards, and the Teen Choice Awards. She was later cast as the lead role of Lilette Suarez in the teen musical drama series Rise, starring Josh Radnor.
In 2020, Cravalho appeared as Amber Appleton in the feature film All Together Now. It is based on the novel Sorta Like a Rockstar by Quick. In 2022, she worked in Crush as AJ Campos and Darby and the Dead as Capri Donahue.
