Career
Aya first appeared as a child artist in the feature film The Cabin in the Woods as a Japanese schoolgirl. She began her career as a professional actress with the television series The Terror, released on AMC in 2019. She appeared in the character of Miyuki in the film Happy Ever After, directed by Panta Mosleh. Aya later got the opportunity to play an important role of Janine Kishi in the Netflix series The Baby-Sitters Club. In 2022, she starred as Natsuki in the Netflix mystery thriller series The Midnight Club, based on an adaptation of the 1994 novel of the same name by Christopher Pike.
