Career
Syal started his career as a comedian from his college days. He joined a theater group and auditioned for the comedy show Hasde Hasande Ravo (2009), in which he was selected and became the top finalist.
In 2011, Syal made his acting debut with the Punjabi film Dharti, starring Jimmy Sheirgill and Surveen Chawla. He also appeared in films like Kabaddi Once Again (2012), Heer & Hero (2013), Tu Mera 22 Mai Tera 22 (2013), etc. Recently, he also featured in Colors TV’s Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke. Jiladi 10.
He worked as a scriptwriter in Punjabi films like Sardarji, Amabarsaiya, Sardarji 2, Jindua, etc.
