Unstop creator and CEO Ankit Aggarwal posted a screenshot of his conversation with an employee without revealing his identity. “This came to my WhatsApp this morning.”

Ankit Aggarwal explained in his post, “An employee requests a leave of absence because the party and after-party is still going on. This transparency is crucial within a team so that you can trust your colleagues and they know that you will support them.”
“When colleagues feel comfortable being open and honest with each other, it builds a foundation of trust that can lead to better communication, collaboration, and overall success.”

In response to some of the criticism, Aggarwal explained that the purpose of posting the chat was to illustrate what his company’s work culture is like and that honesty is valued.
