Who is Chandrajyoti Singh?
Chandrajyoti Singh went to school in different places, driven by a strong love for her country that motivated her to commit to serving it.
His parents, Colonel Dalbara Singh, who worked as an army radiologist, and Lieutenant Colonel Meen Singh, his mother, believed deeply in the importance of education in their family.
With the support of their parents during their studies, they created an environment that influenced their career decisions.
Chandrajyoti Singh excelled in her academic studies, achieving a perfect 10 CGPA in her Class 10 board exams at APJ School in Jalandhar. Later, he scored an impressive 95.4% in his Class 12 exams at Bhawan Vidyalaya in Chandigarh. In 2018, he graduated with honors in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
After completing her college studies, Chandrajyoti Singh scored a respectable 7.75 CGPA. After graduating, he decided to take a break for a year.
In June 2018, he began his UPSC preparation journey, choosing history as an optional subject. Systematically setting both short- and long-term objectives, he devised detailed study schedules.
His carefully planned strategies yielded positive results as he triumphantly cleared the UPSC exam in his initial attempt, securing 28th rank across India.
