The mystery deepens when 9-year-old Charlotte Sena remains missing for almost two days since her disappearance. During a Saturday night camping trip with family and friends, Charlotte disappeared from Moreau Lake State Park in Saratoga County, New York. She disappeared after going on a bike ride near her camp.

Nine-year-old Charlotte Sena disappeared from Moreau Lake State Park in New York on a Saturday night. New York State Police issued an Amber Alert to help find her, urging anyone who sees Charlotte to call 911.
An online campaign called ‘Find Charlotte’ was also started on social media to aid her safe return.
On Saturday night, Charlotte was camping with her family and friends at Moreau Lake State Park. She and her friends went for a bike ride around the camp.
While traveling with her friends for a while, Charlotte went for a walk alone and strangely disappeared.

Her parents became concerned when she didn’t return within 15 minutes, so they called the police.
“Yesterday, 9-year-old Charlotte Sena went missing at Moreau State Park. For over 18 hours, teams from @nyspolice, @NYstateparks Police, Forest Rangers, UAS and URT have been searching the location. My heart goes out to the Charlotte’s family and loved ones as the search continues,” New York State Governor Kathy Hochul tweeted.

Meanwhile, police have expressed concern that Charlotte may have been kidnapped.

They describe Charlotte as a 4-foot-6 girl who weighs about 90 pounds. She was wearing a pink and orange Pokémon shirt and dark blue pants when she disappeared.
Interacting with the media, New York State Governor Hochul said: “We will leave no stone, no table, no overturned branch, untouched and unexamined in our quest to find Charlotte.”

The New York State Police, Rangers, UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) and URT (Underwater Recovery Team) are already searching for her, using advanced technology such as drones. Bloodhounds and diving teams have also been deployed in the search operation. Police suspect that Charlotte may have been abducted near the Moreau Lake State Park campground, and an Amber Alert was issued due to concerns for her safety, with authorities believing she is in “imminent danger of suffering serious harm and/or death”.

She was wearing a pink and orange Pokémon t-shirt and dark blue pants when she disappeared. Charlotte’s aunt, Jene Lucianai-Sena, has made a heartfelt appeal to the public for her to help find the missing girl.
In a TikTok video, Jene expressed: “There is no information we can give at this time, but if you can continue to share his photo and pray, that is truly the best thing our family can ask for right now.”

Charlotte is in fourth grade in the Corinth Central School District at her elementary school. The school said, “The district is focused on the safety and well-being of our students and staff. Our hearts go out to the Sena family.”
