In recent days it was announced that Strickler’s first-born, Yannick, will have a son with her husband Manuel Alonso Cárdenas, after having married civilly in July 2022.
René Strickler confessed to different media outlets his excitement at being able to become a grandfather at the age of 61, and he also stated that he is happy for the new life his son is leading in marriage.

Yannick, 31, and Manuel have shared, surrounded by their loved ones, that they will be parents of a boy. Even one of the people invited to the ‘gender reveal’ (revelation of the baby’s biological gender) announced that the child will be called Alonso.
So far, it is unknown whether the spouses signed an agreement for surrogacy or substitution or whether it will be for adoption, as well as the date on which they will be able to hold him in their arms.
