Chilling Photos Show Cash App Founder Bob Lee’s Alleged Killer Nima Momeni Smiling in Jail

New photos have emerged showing Cash App founder Bob Lee’s alleged killer, Nima Momeni, smiling behind bars as he awaits trial.

Momeni was ready for his photo shoot, with the accused killer posing nonchalantly behind the reinforced glass and metal door of his San Bruno jail cell in photos obtained by The Post.

The accused killer, who faces life in prison if convicted of killing the tech mogul, appeared to smooth down his close-cropped hair before striking an arms-crossed pose as he grinned and beamed at the camera in his bright orange jumpsuit.

Among his things, in the photographs you can see a psychology book, as well as a 2015 biography of Napoleon Bonaparte.

He also appeared to have some photos and a piece of paper taped to the wall, along with other stacks of books in the photos, which were taken in August.

Momeni has been accused of stabbing Lee to death with a kitchen knife under the San Francisco Bay Bridge in early April after arguing with him about his sister, Khazar Elyassnia.

Lee, 43, was transported to a hospital where he later died after being found unconscious and bleeding heavily.

Momeni was arrested 11 days later and has since been denied bail as his relatives called him “lunatic and psychotic” and prosecutors warned the court he was dangerous to the public.

Momeni has been held in solitary confinement for the past seven months while awaiting trial. Aside from his lawyers, his mother has been the only one who has visited him, according to the San Francisco Standard.

Prosecutors have alleged that Momeni was upset because the tech executive had encouraged Elyassnia, arrested for DUI earlier this week, to do “inappropriate” things.

Lee was found with cocaine and ketamine in his system and was later revealed to have frequented sex and drug parties with Momeni’s sister, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Elyassnia had texted Lee at the time he was murdered, allegedly saying, “I just wanted to make sure you were okay because I know Nima was really hard on you.”

Police do not suspect her of being involved in the murder.

The men were seen leaving Millennium Tower, where his sister lives with her plastic surgeon husband, in surveillance footage shortly before Lee was killed.
