A 6-year-old girl in China faced expulsion from her school after she was assigned the task of washing dishes for 25 children for 20 consecutive days.
What happened?
The incident came to light when her father, Mr. Yu, filed a complaint and shared a video on November 22, alleging that his daughter was subjected to such tasks at her kindergarten in the Tongliao area of northern China.
“One night, she woke up in the middle of the night and said, ‘Dad, I don’t want to go to kindergarten anymore. I’m so tired of washing the dishes. While other children were playing, they left me alone to wash the dishes,'” the man told Jiupai News.
Upon addressing the matter with the kindergarten, the man was informed that the girl was assigned dishwashing duties as a way to strengthen her.
The explanation included the claim that she was considered too “lively.”
“The kindergarten’s justification was that they wanted to toughen my daughter up. They also claimed that she was too ‘lively’ and only took a nap when she was tired.” the man said.
What did the school do after Dad’s complaint?
Disturbingly, the girl faced additional distress after her father brought up the topic, leading to her eventual expulsion from school. The grandparents found out about her expulsion when they arrived at school to pick up her granddaughter.

“After I exposed the incident, the kindergarten began to take revenge on my son. The teacher has not confronted me or offered any explanation to date.” he said.
The principal mentioned that the school intends to initiate legal proceedings against the girl’s father for spreading misinformation and damaging the reputation of the school.
