A European delivery company had to disable its AI chatbot after it began insulting a customer and admitting that it was the “worst delivery company in the world.”

Dynamic Parcel Distribution (DPD) had to disable its AI chatbot function after Ashley Beauchamp, a disgruntled customer in the UK, got it to insult him and write him a derogatory poem.

Beauchamp, who shared their interaction on XHe called the system “completely useless” on Thursday after he couldn’t get the device to provide him with a customer service number.
