Coromandel Express accident live update

At Bahanaga station in the Balasore region of Odisha, Coromandel and Bengaluru-Howrah Express trains derailed and collided with a freight train, killing more than 200 people and injuring 900 others. The overturned cars of the ultra-fast train were packed with stranded passengers. A railway official cited preliminary reports in saying that the Coromandel train, which was involved in the accident, was traveling on the main line. Rescue efforts are in progress.
