Birth and family
Darko Peric was born on March 25, 1977 in Kladovo, SR Serbia, Yugoslavia. He had a dream of acting since childhood and joined theater at a young age. He wanted to go to Zagreb and learn animation, but due to the Yugoslav war he had to give up his dream. Peric graduated from a veterinary school in Bucharest, Romania. He traveled to Timisoara, Romania, in 1994, where he continued his medical studies and performed in theater. He has a diploma in veterinary medicine. Peric went on to work for the Romanian Film Academy. There he finds his passion for cinema and theater.

Career
Peric made his first appearance on stage at age 6 and was invited to sing Guantanamera by a Cuban singer. He became involved in the local hardcore and punk scenes, singing in bands and organizing events at the local cultural center, where he met numerous international artists.
Peric launched his career with his first prominent role in Spanish television series Crematorium for Canal Plus in 2010. He acted in a film titled A perfect day in 2015. In 2016 he joined the series produced by Atresmedia Sea of plastic/ Sea of plasticwhere he played the role of Bear, a Ukrainian gangster and main villain of the show.
Her most famous role was as Helsinki in the crime thriller series. money heist in 2017. The series was acquired by Netflix, making it one of the most popular shows. It was associated with this season since 2017 and part of all 5 seasons.
