EMRS Recruitment 2023: Trial Period
According to the notification, all direct recruits must undergo a probationary period at the time of their initial appointment. The probationary period lasts for 2 years from the date of appointment. However, it is important to note that the trial period can be extended for an additional 2 years if deemed necessary. Once the probationary period is over, the appointing authority will evaluate the person’s performance. If satisfied with the performance, the appointing authority can confirm the person’s appointment.
