Career
During his tenure as General Secretary of TISS Students’ Union from 2017-2018, Ahmad led a large protest of nearly 1,000 students against the revocation of fee waiver for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Class students. Prakash Ambedkar supported him in this matter.
Ahmad actively participated in demonstrations and protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) across India and was present at the Wankhede protest during the India vs. ODI series. Australia.
