A naked Florida man was arrested this week after he was caught spying on his neighbor through a bathroom window, an act he admitted had become a creepy habit.
Pinellas County deputies were waiting when pantsless David Lee Henning, 71, allegedly snuck into his victim’s Seminole home shortly after 5 a.m. Wednesday to secretly observe her getting ready for work.
Body camera footage showed the moment officers pounced on the accused pervert, whose genitals were fully exposed.
“Can I get dressed please?” Henning can be heard questioning the police while being handcuffed.
Officers were first alerted to the grisly crime Tuesday when the victim called police to report that a stranger had trespassed on her property to spy on her in the mornings.
Henning allegedly snuck into her Gulf Coast yard through a locked privacy fence and positioned herself outside her bathroom window.

“When detectives interviewed Henning, he admitted that he would regularly go into the victim’s yard and look at her through the window because he was curious and sexually motivated to see her naked,” said Sgt. Amanda Sinni.
Arresting officers tackled the onlooker to the pavement after catching him in the act, apparently causing injuries to Henning’s face.
His forehead and eyebrows appeared bloody in both the body camera footage and the mugshot.

He was charged with voyeurism and two counts of robbery.
Henning is being held in the Pinellas County Jail.
