A Florida woman was arrested Sunday after smashing dog poop in her 76-year-old neighbor’s face during an argument.
Kali Robertson, 28, was walking her dog around the lot of her mobile home in St. Petersburg around 8:30 a.m. when she and the elderly man began arguing, according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Smoking Gun.
The man “always talked to her while walking her dog,” police said, but this time he reportedly said something that “upset” Robertson.
That’s when he grabbed an “unsecured bag of dog feces” and pushed it into the man’s face, leaving “feces smeared on his face,” the document alleges.

Robertson is then accused of throwing the bag on the ground and storming off.

The woman was charged with assault on a person over 65 years of age, a third-degree felony.
Robertson pleaded not guilty to the charge.
