Career
Gurnsey is also a director and writer. He directed Discovered, The Dating Journal, Lord of Guys and wrote the Bocce Boys stories, Lord of the Guys. In 2010, he starred in a short film Bad Dad. From 2011 to 2015 he starred in Saints, Mother’s Day, Mr Hockey, The Dating Journal and Pool.
In 2016, he rose to fame when he gave his wonderful performance by presenting the character of Toby Martin in 28 episodes of the television series Game On alongside Samantha Bee. In 2017, he starred in Van Helsing, Wonder, Garage Sale Mysteries and Return of Pendragon. In 2019, he also appeared in The Art of Racing in the Rain and Family Pictures Movie.
