The “massacre” at an Israeli music festival included Israeli officers who were shot down while acting as human shields to protect partygoers and hostages who had their legs shot off so they couldn’t run, survivors say.
At least 260 people died at the scene, CNN reported, citing Israel’s Zaka rescue service.
The graphic new images include a photograph of dozens of dead people in a tent during the rave in southern Israel, which descended into bloody chaos when heavily armed Palestinian terrorists paraglided into the area and others broke into vehicles.
The disturbing photographs, posted online by Israel’s Foreign Ministry, also show people who were shot dead in the street while fleeing the Tribe of Nova music festival near the Gaza Strip, while a snapshot captures a bloodied hostage loaded into the back of a Hamas terrorist vehicle.
“We debated whether or not to share these horrific images, but the world needs to know what we are facing,” the ministry said in a statement.
“These are not ‘freedom fighters.’ “They are Hamas terrorists, but no different from ISIS terrorists,” the Israeli office said of the attackers. “Kill families, kidnap grandmothers. Desecrating bodies.”
Some of the terrorists paraglided into the area, while “50 terrorists arrived at the rave site in vans, dressed in military uniforms,” a partygoer identified only as Ortel told Israel’s Channel 12.

Raziel Tamir, who attended the music festival near Kibbutz Re’im, said he was woken up by gunshots, screams and explosions around 6 a.m. when the militant group began killing partygoers.
“When I came out of my tent, I saw a huge number of dead bodies and terrorists running and shooting everywhere, throwing grenades and stun grenades at people,” Tamir told public radio, the Jerusalem Post reports.
Tamir said he and 100 other people were saved when Israeli soldiers used their bodies as human shields to protect those lying on the ground trying to avoid gunshots and explosions.
“The soldiers protected us with their bodies and we saw them fall before our eyes,” he said.
Tamir compared the attack to a war zone, where the shocked assistant and his friends ran for cover behind trees and bushes as Hamas forces shot at civilians and took hostages.

He noted that those who fled into the forest were saved from an immediate ambush that Hamas had prepared for the unfortunate ones who fled to the parking lot.
“People tried to run to their cars, but the terrorists waited and massacred them while they tried to get into their cars and escape,” he explained.
It wasn’t long until Hamas began shooting into the bushes, where Tamir said he saw countless people die as he did his best to dodge the gunfire before finally covering himself with dirt and leaves to avoid detection.
As he hid for his life, Tamir said he remembered the screams of the wounded howling in pain, as well as those of two of his friends, whom he could hear being kidnapped and beaten.
He added that some of the kidnapped people had their legs cut off so that they could not resist or escape.

Tamir also claimed that Hamas terrorists were posing as IDF rescue forces during the bloodbath, fooling Israelis into believing they were running to their saviors only to be gunned down.
“I didn’t stop praying,” Tamir said of the horrible experience. “It’s a miracle we got out of there without a scratch.”
He said he still can’t believe he was the only one in his group of friends who managed to escape the ordeal.
“I don’t think he’s alive; “I don’t know if I’m alive or if that’s what the dead feel like,” she said of the feeling of emptiness.
Ortel said he survived by hiding in some bushes as bullets flew and shot at people.
“I put the phone on silent and then I started crawling through an orange orchard,” he said. “The real fire was whistling above me.”

More than 700 Israelis have been killed, more than 2,150 wounded and 100 taken hostage and the death toll is expected to rise after Hamas terrorists fired thousands of rockets and sent dozens of militants into Israeli cities.
Hamas terrorists were seen taking women hostage and parading them down the street in gruesome videos.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced “We are at war” and promised that Hamas would pay “a price it has never known.”
Gaza health officials report that at least 300 Palestinians have been killed and 2,200 wounded.
The horror was nothing short of a “massacre,” a doctor at the scene told Israeli Public Radio.
“You don’t understand what it was. “It was a massacre,” said the distraught rescuer, identified only as Yaniv.
“I’ve never seen anything like it in my life,” he said. “It was a planned ambush.
“When people left through the emergency exits, squads of terrorists were waiting for them there and began to eliminate them. In the parking lots, people started running, murdering people inside the bathrooms. There were 3,000 people at the event, so [the Palestinians] He probably knew it. “They had intelligence information.”
He said his entire medical team was wiped out.

More than 600 Israelis were killed and nearly 2,000 injured as a result of the surprise attack on the Gaza Strip, the deadliest attack the nation has seen in more than 50 years.
Along with the shooting at the party, Hamas terrorists invaded and fired thousands of rockets at Israeli cities.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to take “powerful revenge” against Hamas. So far, some 370 people have been killed in retaliatory attacks on the other side of the Gaza Strip.
