- Wait for the status light on the router to turn solid

3: Activate your services
Once all your devices have been plugged in, it’s time to activate your services so you can start using the Internet.
From your PC or any other mobile device, visit spectrum.net/selfinstall and answer the questions that are asked. You may be asked to verify your account. Your services will activate all your facts.
Another way to activate your services is to call support and ask them to activate them. Once your services are activated, create an account on Spectrum.net to manage your account and equipment.
What to do if the installation fails?
This could happen to anyone. In case of failure, check the following:
- Make sure all cables are plugged into the port correctly
- Call the provider to make sure your service is activated
- Repeat the process again
