The Israel Defense Forces released footage from the perspective of a Hamas gunman who crossed the border into Israel and shot at the homes of innocent civilians before being eliminated by Israeli security forces.
The IDF posted the three-minute clip, which appears to have been filmed by the militant’s body camera, on X on Sunday along with a trigger warning.
“RAW IMAGES: Invasion by a Hamas jihadist squad and slaughter of an innocent Israeli community,” the Israeli military captioned the video. “The filmed terrorist was neutralized by Israeli security forces.”
Footage shows heavily armed Hamas terrorists riding motorized bicycles through a gap in the border fence separating Gaza and southern Israel.
The militants shoot as they pass a security booth, which has a bullet hole in the window, and then enter a neighborhood where they shoot at civilian homes, according to the video.
The gunman filming the attack shoots a shadowy figure moving inside a home through the building’s screen door and then fires a bullet through the tire of a parked ambulance, the edited video shows.

The terrorists pass by a playground while reloading and shooting at the families’ homes. According to the images, they break into a house where music is still playing and a phone, a tablet and drinks were left untidy on a dining room table while they search for residents.
The video, which appears to have been edited and reconstructed, ends with Hamas fighters outside as the sound of gunshots fills the air. A shot rings out and the terrorist filming screams in pain and falls to the ground.

Several more gunshots can be heard in the video as the man cries and reportedly exclaims, “I bear witness that there is no God but Allah” in Arabic and the camera points toward a blue sky.
The IDF did not say when the video was filmed, although it was presumably taken during the heinous Hamas attack on an Israeli kibbutz where terrorists massacred entire families, including women and young children, on Saturday, October 7.
The IDF said the Hamas terrorist was “neutralized” and the clip ends with his shooting death. IDF Hamas fighters rode through a gap in the border fence between Gaza and Israel on motorized bicycles, according to the clip.
More than 1,400 people in Israel were killed in the ambush in which militants attacked and brutalized innocent civilians.
Since then, the Israeli government has launched ruthless retaliatory airstrikes on Gaza that have killed 2,670 people, many of whom are believed to be innocent civilians and children.
