It all started when he viewed a photograph of himself at his father’s burial and felt uneasy and motivated to make a radical shift in his life.

According to the New York Post, Chris Stewart’s lunch before his metamorphosis consisted of two McDonald’s cheeseburgers, a McChicken sandwich, and a substantial quantity of fries. He began his day with two Mountain Dew cans for breakfast. Dinner was primarily made from frozen foods.

This unhealthy lifestyle had taken its toll on his weight, as he weighed around 180 kg and wore clothes in a 5XL size.

During his father’s burial, Chris was struck by a simple question: “Who is going to carry my casket?” He couldn’t ignore the realities of his circumstances as a forklift driver in Illinois any longer.

He was well aware that if he did not act, his life would be in great risk.

Chris Stewart’s drive to change his life was clear as he described how he and his wife chose to select healthier eating options. The watershed moment set in motion a journey towards a healthy living, and he began making big adjustments in his daily routine.

He lost over 90 kg by adopting healthier habits. He made a conscious decision to replace Mountain Dew with sparkling water and to eliminate fast food from his diet entirely.

His breakfast was changed into a nutritious protein smoothie that included banana, mixed frozen fruit, peanut butter powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. He chose a peanut butter muesli bar for a lunchtime snack.

The results were fantastic. Chris not only lost weight, but he also noticed a boost in his energy levels. He took the effort to look for healthier recipes on Pinterest, which aided in his change. He now boasts, “I am half the man I used to be.”

Chris also made changes in his professional life. He used to spend much of his time as a supermarket manager sitting in the office and going directly to the couch when he came home.

He now actively participates in heavy lifting at his workplace, embracing a more active lifestyle.
