Saswat Ranjan, a sculptor from Odisha, recreated the Ram temple of Ayodhya in Puri using matches.

“It took me six days to complete this replica of the Ram mandir of Ayodhya. I used a total of 936 matches to finish this project. The replica of Ram Mandir has a length of 14 inches and a width of seven inches. I don’t think it is possible to make a replica of Ram Mandir using smaller matches,” artist Saswat Ranjan told ANI.

3. Ram Mandir in a gold ring

A model of the Ram Temple built with an 18-carat gold ring comes from a jeweler in Moradabad and is valued at Rs 1,25,000.

“I saw a similar model on the internet in some other metal, since then I was thinking of making it in gold… since I posted the status of this ring, I have received around 50+ calls… it costs Rs. 125,000,” said the goldsmith Aman Agarwal to ANI.

4. Lord Ram of Arua chaula

Sachidananda Nayak, an artist from Gandhinagar, Bolangir, created an image of Lord Ram with uncooked rice. More than one lakh Arua chaula granules were used to create the image of Lord Ram.

He spoke to OTV about his creation for Lord Ram. Various areas of the image have been colored differently. The artist depicted Lord Ram as a warrior.

The cloth of the image was painted saffron, while the torso was painted blue. The image of Lord Ram holds a bow in his left arm and an arrow in his right hand, with a quiver on his shoulder.

Artist Ramesh Shah from Siliguri, West Bengal, painted the massive Ram Mandir under construction in Ayodhya with his fingernail, and the video has gone viral on social media. The artist claimed that he used a brush and black paint to depict the grandeur of Ram Mandir on the thumbnail.

He quipped, “The grand Ram Mandir is very beautiful. I have painted Ram Mandir on my nail. I have done it using a brush, pen, water and black.”
