Talking about the budget session, the ministry is all set to present it and it has already reached the Parliament. Notably, Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting her sixth budget as Finance Minister of India.

Earlier, President Droupadi Murmu addressed the Houses in a joint session and stated that 2023 will be a historic year for India as the country has seen a push to become the fastest growing major economy.
“Despite the global crisis, India experienced the highest growth of all major economies in 2023. India grew by about 7.5% for two consecutive quarters,” news agencies report.
