Ishaa made her debut with the Bengali film Projapoti Biskut as Shaon in 2017. The following year, she participated in the action-mystery film Guptodhoner Sondhane as Jhinuk, Abir’s friend and love interest in 2018.
In 2019, Ishaa played the role of Tulika (Tuku) in the family drama film Sweater. The film is based on a decent girl whose family fears that she does not have marriageable qualities. In the same year, she acted in the Bengali film Durgeshgorer Guptodhon as Jhinuk in 2019. She appeared as Shweta in the Bengali psychological thriller film Buro Sadhu in 2019. She played the prominent role of Sudhamukhi in the drama thriller film Detective in 2020. The film is based on the short story of the same name by Rabindranath Tagore. In 2021, she has done three films in a row like Torulatar Bhoot as Kamalkali, Golondaaj as Krishnakamalini and Sahobase as Tista.
